SHELDON — A Varysburg man was arrested and jailed after an investigation revealed he repeatedly sexually assaulted a child under 11 years old, Wyoming County sheriff’s investigators said.
Roger E. Bartz, 73, was charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child less than 11 years old and endangering the welfare of a child.
