Senior quarterback Will Vaske comes off the bench during the second quarter in return from injury to spark St. Charles North to DuKane Conference title with a 32-31 win over Batavia in double overtime. Vaske threw three TD passes and ran for another.
Junior cornerback Gage Range intercepts three Oswego passes in the second half, leading Southwest Prairie West runner-up Yorkville to two TDs and a field goal in a 17-0 win. Range now has five interceptions.
